3 days

I'M LEAVING IN THREE DAYS FOR THIS WONDERFUL ADVENTURE!

last night i was on the phone with katie (who i've only just met through the message board) and it made me realize why i chose to go on this trip. we ended up talking for an hour and a half. it was so interesting to me how we could both share our opinions freely and how we both felt the same about many things. we haven't even met and already i feel as though i have a friend. im hoping that most people on the boat will be like katie because if so, this trip is going to turn out to be even better than i ever dreamed.

two weeks

i'm starting to feel so strange. i'm leaving so soon but it means nothing because i don't think anything will hit me until i'm on the boat. i wish anna was going abroad with me.
